One of my favorites, definitely my favorite Isham. There's been plenty of noir flicks before this, but this is the ultimate noir sound to me. It's dark, dirty, with well-blended synths--if Fight Club had been a detective movie, this could've been its score. No other Isham score sounds quite like this--to my knowledge, not even his solo jazz stuff has really replicated this sound. From Chinatown to Miles Davis, I've looked for similar, moody, muted trumpet stuff, but nothing is quite as dark and edgy. If you know this music and believe there's something similar, please let me know :)

Notes:
My own rip
Log, cue, high-res covers included
If you've never seen the movie or heard this, I might suggest listening to the last 2 tracks first. At night.

Thanks Lashrito, I didnt have this, but why the password?...
Well, when I first joined back in April, I just observed how others were posting things. A few of the vets use a password, and I figured it couldn't hurt. Then recently on a couple threads I noticed people complaining that MediaFire stuff was going down almost immediately. Williamtaylor1969 was especially vocal about it, but I think it was actually a bit of an overreaction, and the few that got yanked immediately were mostly from more recently released movies. But I started doing the double password for MediaFire and coming up with more creative file names, making sure not even internal folders or files contained the actual name of the film--basically just experimenting with being overly-cautious as a habit. I've only had one file pulled from MediaFire, and that was months ago, and none since I started going "over the top" with security. Perhaps I would've had the same result either way, but I figure if it ain't broke.. I would argue it's really not a huge inconvenience to downloaders, but if you disagree I'm all ears :)

My files has been deleted also from both Mediafire and Rapidshare, but I dont use passwords in my shares, basically for one reason:

Ill try to explain it the best that I can in english, is not my primary language, sorry for that; when I first came here I begin to download the stuff that I didnt have in my collection, some of them have passwords, but back when I downloaded the file, I didnt copied the password, the result:

I now have like 15 files that I cant open because I dont know the password.

So, thats the reason I dont like passwords, but for this file I just copy the password, thanks for the upload Lashrito :)

Haha! I understand your pain, erich! I have a few files like that. The past few weeks I've tried to get into the habit of creating a folder for each score as I save. When I create the folder, I try to add the sharer and password (if there's one) after the actual film title. This not only helps me with passwords, but helps me remember who I should be grateful to later. Also, it should help me later if I want to remember which person's rip is which when I try to re-up something, for example. Also, I started a text file with a little list of the most frequently-used passwords, like crybaby, Orion999, scores, benuit, etc. I've managed to open a couple of those orphan locked files by just trying all on the list :p

Anyway, please forgive me for continuing to be overly cautious.
