Thank you sir!
Just a few things...
1) The lossless version isn't FLAC - it's in WavPack format.
2) The filesize of the WavPack version leads me to very definitely suspect that it is in Hybrid format. WavPack has two encoding modes - lossless and hybrid. In hybrid mode, it produces a lossy encode of relatively low bitrate, and a "correction" file ending in the extension .WVC which, when combined with the lossy files, produces the lossless original... However, if the correction file is missing, what you actually have is a lossy encode...
From whence did these come? Could there be a correction file somewhere that you missed out? I notice that the other lossless posts of Break Blade suffer the same affliction...
Cheers again :)

I just noticed Tango's post here and I wanted to clarify that these are from a Japanese torrent site. I always assumed they were lossless but I didn't know there was some sort of hybrid Wavpak that was in between. Still its the highest bitrate that I see right off the bat. And no there is no possible way I missed something as it came in a zip file.

It's not your fault, mate. Wavpack is a pain in the arse; so many folk are uploading it thinking it's lossless (because it can be lossless) but forgetting to upload the correction file, or discarding it because they don't know what it is. The big problem, of course, is that somebody may download it seeing that it is "lossless" and convert it to FLAC, and send it to a million torrent websites... and bingo, suddenly 100% of the "lossless" copies available online are fake and people who can't tell the difference and need a spectral scan to help them (ie, everybody - and lossy Wavpack passes the spectral scan test!!!!) are happy as Larry because they've got their FLACs!
Are all your WV uploads coming from the same place? It might be worth dropping them a line to let them know, in case they're not aware...

Haha I would if I could contact them but its just a random poster on a public torrent site. You can tell if its this same people because they label the folder and I don't convert the wavepak stuff to flac. Anything that I get in FLAC stays in FLAC.
