whats the Difference on the iTunes release and the existing Gamerip ?

Can't say I'm sure, but OST's are usually better listening experiences than the rips (USUALLY, not all the time, and I can say this because the gamerip was mine :P). Besides, it's best to listen to the score the way it was arranged and mastered by the composers.

Yeah I looked at the gamerip, some tracks are 6 channels, I think a couple are reverse stereo, and I don't know if anything has been lost when the stereo tracks were possibly the result of 6 channel. I'm not an expert on audio which is why for this instance I'd rather the official release which seems to have all the music on anyway.
I'm from the UK so I don't know many ways I can get ahold of it but have emailed Gabriel Mann to see if he knows a way.

Yes, but they aren't exactly tip-top quality (LQ mp3).

LQ as in low mp3 quality ie 128kbps,
or LQ as in ew these are mp3 files!
I'm cool with higher end mp3.

As in low mp3 quality. I prefer lossless, but since this is a digital release, and because my audio equipment isn't fantastic, MP3 is alright.
