(Note: This OST is also for the Dreamcast version as well)

Hi everybody,

Here's my first contribution of a super rare OST from a really good DC / PC game that not many people got to play since it was never released outside of JPN its original form.

All I ask is that if you post this elsewhere to link back to this post as,
This is a ffshrine.org Exclusive.

I do this as a way to "thank" those who's work I've enjoyed over the years and give back to this awesome community that has given me so much in the past with asking nothing in return.

Hope you enjoy, if you D/L it let me know what you think, I think it's a very enjoyable soundtrack myself, particularly Larf's theme, the Intro theme, and a few of the battle tunes as standouts. Overall it has a nice theme to it and is one of those OST's you won't be going for the Next button to skip a track very often, except for the end credits theme...(think Castlevania SotN's US version end theme....O_o ) But other than that, it stands out as a very unknown and under appreciated gem that would be more popular if more people had gotten to play the game.

For the pass to the file, look for the underlined section above. ;-)

Just checking my links, seems only cramit and depositfiles are still the only working links, will re-upload it when I have some time. Cheers.

Update 8/23/12

New updated links (pass to get access to links, same as above)

If I may, how was this ripped exactly? From the game's sound files or was it recorded with your stereo mix "what u hear"?

It should be mentioned in the notes in the txt file in the archive.

Here's what I wrote for in the file for the sake of brevity.

"Ripped from the original PC Version Disc 2. Files were originally in a wav form with a different extension, renamed to wav, then converted to mp3 using Switch Sound File Converter.

They are only in 128 Khz Bit Rate, sorry audiophiles, I didn't need them in any higher quality as I think they sound very good as is. At any rate, they are out there for folks to enjoy.

File names are how they originally how they appear in the PC version directory, I have no way to correspond the names with the official OST, so I left them as is as well. "

And the files are directly from the disc itself, copied from the sound directory on the PC version to my HDD, renamed to Wav, then converted to mp3, so they weren't pass through or anything else, they should be on par with the quality of the OST, but as I again mentioned in the readme in the archive, the songs start and stop abruptly, which I can do nothing about.

Anyway, hope that answers your questions, I'll check this thread from time to time to see if everything is still ok.

And thanks for the kudos on supplying this, I know its rare and would have some fans of the game looking for it as well as people who just enjoy good game music, just a shame not more people got to hear it, so I hope this goes a bit to help fix that problem.

Cheers.

Your welcome, ;-)

I was checking the links to make sure they didn't go dead again, seems only 2 are still functional (Depositfiles and Cramit) will take some time to re-up the file again and make sure it's available for people interested in it in the future.

I'm really interested in this game. If it is possible, someone can reupload it? Please, it would be good to play again. :)

I found the "install" disc, but I still need the "game" or the "play" disc. Mostly it is the CD2. If someone can help me, please help. :)
