I'm listening to the 2SF (since it's quicker to download), and if my memory serves me correctly, these are what I know about the Unknown ones:

Unknown Song 1 is "Wi-Fi Lobby Menu"
Unknown Song 2 is "Multiplayer Results - Draw"
Unknown Song 3 is "Multiplayer Results - Lose"
Unknown Song 4 is the tune that plays in Mission 5-1, with the Chain Chomp
Unknown Song 5 I think is when you unlock something? I have another 2SF rip which has some odd tags, that don't even make sense. (Jeezus, it's about freaking time someone actually bothered to tag this ****ing game properly for once!)
Unknown Song 6 is "Time Trial Results"?
Unknown Jingle 1, I'm not sure about.
Unknown Jingle 2, not sure, Mission success with an A rating perhaps?
Unknown Jingle 3, again, I can't remember
Unknown Jingle 4 is when you complete a Mission I think
Unknown Jingle 5 is when you complete Mission Mode with a ** or *** ranking
Unknown Jingle 6 is when you defeat a Boss
Unknown Jingle 7 is the Race Flyover for Wario Stadium.

Also, what you have called "Mission Results" should be "Multiplayer Results - Win" (i.e. the music that plays at the results on the winner's game).

I can't remember which is which, but one of either Unknown Jingle 1 or Unknown Jingle 3, which either is erroneously tagged as "Get a shine" or "lose a shine" ... well one of them is actually the "Level unlocked on Mission Mode" jingle.
