This girl on the other side of the world (I'm in Brazil She in Japan), has the magic wand of delicacy and tenderness.
Touches the heart of this old sexagenarian.
My impressions about Stalingrad and Enjott Schneider
Who heard
Thread 83838 and certainly liked to have the same feeling Stalingad.
A perfect orchestration (comparable to Dvorak). His main theme is "crescendo" engaging and dramatic (a tribute to believe Edmund Meisel "Battleship Potemkin" and Khachaturian "The Battle of Stalingrad").
The entire score is a portrait of pain, fear, despair and death irremediable.
There is hope in Schwabenkinder (hence the use of sacred music), only the dread in Stalingrad (which explains the bizarre and wild orchestration sometimes).
I think his soundtrack for "Die Flucht" is a reading, also the drama surrounding the war.
Anyway Schneider is the poet of the war.
Unfortunately could not know what the orchestra nor the covers of the CD.
