I can NOT for the life of me figure out how to put artwork with mp3 tracks so that artwork will show up on my iTunes!
Any assistance would be terrific! Thank you in advance!

You need to use a tag editor like for example mp3tag,
Download and install it, and when you open a file or a folder with the mp3tag, you can see a option there where you can automatically embed a cover in a file or files you previously selected.
