Now, I'm a guy, but for being somebody from the 80s, it is clear that there are toons that even guys can't withstand - no pun intended. Hands down, Hannah Montana can't beat what is known as "JEM" (aka Jem and the Holograms ~feat. the Misfits ~ feat Stinger).

The cartoon series features a series (lol) of themes and short music videos that are, in my opinion, pretty catchy.

I know I'm exposing myself to the lolgod, but the music just blast me away - and the lyrics are suprisingly fitting -as always for the 80s. You know exactly that you get crappy tunes nowadays (generally).

There are tons of short music vids on Youtube.
I want to spare you of bleeding ears, but if you are really up to it, search for stuff on youtewb like:
Jem Truly outrageous
Jem Come on in
Jem Welcome to the jungle
Jem she got the power

There are better ones but just that for the start

Now, for the request, check this out.

Aja Second Edition - (included with the Aja Second Edition doll)

1. "Jem Theme" - Jem and the Holograms
2. "Something Is Missing" - Jem and the Holograms
3. "Share A Little Bit" - Jem and the Holograms/The Misfits

----> (instrumental versions of songs on side B)

Okay, we are in the future, but maybe this got digitalized some day. if you take a look at the bold, it shows that instrumental versions also exist. The difficulty here of course is the retro cassettes from the 80s, but "maybe I feel luckeh, punk" :D.

TL;DR
I am looking for the JEM ost; but also the Instrumental Version aka playback without voices.

I have a nutty plan someday to alter the lyrics for those nerd things/slang like from World of Warcraft and other Internets-stuff.

I did record/rip some songs to mp3 but they aren't really that great. Nevertheless, there is hope.

Okay, I know there are sites with downloads:
Starlight MusicBox. - thejemplayers jimdo page! (http://thejemplayer.jimdo.com/starlight-musicbox/)

and another one called jemthings/stuf something.

The first one has decent rips and records - but not all (and rarely the instrumental ones I seek) - the second one might have the things I am looking for, but the last activity seems to be from 2009 and due to a decease (spelling) of a family member, the site admin has gone inactive, which is understandable and I don't want to bug him/her about this.

So here I ask for the Instrumental versions of the Jem/misfits/stinger music.
Can anybody free me of my agony (without shooting me a bullet thru my head for hearing this music ;P!)

Sorry for the lousy wall o text.

edit:
okay, "help me - help you" doctrine must be applied here xD.

I forgot to mention that I did a search and found other similar requests about JEM ost that bounced on a dead end. Alike my efforts for the Soldier of Fortune 1 rip I was forced to do for great justice, I might have to do something similar here. While the music already exists, it's the instrumental ones that are a bit rare. If somebody finds the instrumental music somewhere, should it be youtube or dailymotion - or any other vid streaming site - I should be able to record it, at least good enough for desecrating your portable mp3player.

I dunno about instrumentals, but there's this place (http://rickiesgal.blogspot.com/2010/08/jem-holograms-ost.html).

boys watched JEM until about season 2, before TMNT ruled cartoons.
The theme songs still hold up <3
