As this is the only thread specialized on the subject, I'll hijack it. :)
I finally came around to integrate Calidoran's rip (
http://forums.ffshrine.org/f92/isolated-scores-113650/34.html#post2406058) into my collection by converting it to 44.1 kHz files (unused frequencies in the original 48 kHz files) and comparing it to my old and often-played DVD for the purpose of giving the tracks proper names. Some of them I took from the album but of course the majority had to be made-up. The following is my result and maybe is of use to you. But maybe you also have some suggestions! :)
