YES!!! I have to yank it out of my soundtrack storage and listen to it, to try and remember where the hell I got it from. (Hey, I'm OLD, hehehehehe)

I'll jump on it this week.

I won't take credit for your source but I remember mine was the first rip made public in 2008 (or '09, I honestly can't recall) when ripping Blurays successfully was still basically a form of sorcery. I remember being overjoyed at the inclusion of an isolated score since I can't recall the last isolated score I had seen packaged as a bonus feature in years so before even popping the disc in to watch it, I just had to rip that ISO score which was just handily available in lossless DTS-HD 5.1. What a way to make a debut, eh? A bit overkill considering how dated it sounds but it really opened to my eyes to how it was an overall well-put-together film that had a surprisingly catchy theme song and genuine laugh out loud moments that did have to rely on a constant barrage of immature dick/fart jokes to get a reaction out of audiences. It felt schlocky in a sense so it blended well with the comedy bits while adding a much-appreciated level of class and drama that should've made it a contender back then but unfortunately no one bought into black and white anymore by that time.

The 70's sound like an awesome year to have lived through. First disco, then The Exorcist in 1973, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre & Young Frankenstein in 1974, Jaws in '75, The Omen in '76, Close Encounters of the Third Kind in '77, Halloween in '78 and When A Stranger Calls in '79. That's just the tip of the iceberg though. The '70s were the beginning of the slasher era that basically ripped through the 80's like a fierce unexpected storm. The 70's and 80's sound like a blast but the reality probably wasn't all that and a bag of potato chips. The 90's was definitely a great decade to grow up in but it's post-2000 folk I worry about in the future. With all of this knowledge they accumulate pretty much from birth at an advanced rate on account of the Internet and other technologies they will be a tough force to reckon with in the future. I seriously wish we had iPads growing up. I could've totally reached my potential by now. Nope, I have to go the ol' folk route of actually having to try.

For further proof of my statement about post-2000 youth, look at what they've given us so far: Youtube Poop: Hank of the Hill - YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WCr-l9naPmE).

I have the BluRay copy of this movie aqnd would love to have the ISOLATED score for this. Definitely wanting to hear how much extra score there is from the 1997 CD (Score plus Dialogue) from OneWayRecords/MCA.

Anyone have a tracklisting for this?

Williamtaylor1969

Well, I listened to this music, and I am fairly certain that this was a DVD rip from an ISO audio channel! There are many dropouts, that would not be on any master recording, and some shifting from stereo to mono and back again, almost at once, but perhaps recorded on something other than a HQ quality recorder, sorry.

I will upload it for all to listen to.

Only track lists for the first 10 tracks.

36 tracks total. MP3 320

New link for you guys:
https://mega.co.nz/#!BgNxWYxK!OaiWkB16uJB6e2n7fEuyIXYhVn9fOyPaRN7PYWJ aH38 This isn't my rip, mine seems to have disappeared. There is no tracklisting other than the recording session slate numbers and it is in FLAC. It features 38 tracks and has a total running time of 30:33. Sound quality is a little flat in some places but very listenable overall. Enjoy!

P.S. here's the cover that comes bundled with it:

My own rip from my bluray

codyap09's version (which I guess is the one from Calidoran) is FLAC but mono, William's original share is 320kbps MP3 (looks lower though in spectrum) but in STEREO and sounds way better.

It has less tracks but only because 8M2 to 8M4 are merged. The musical content is identical. At least we now know the slate numbers ... :)

So now let's all hope for a STEREO FLAC version!!! :D

My version comes from my bluray disc (my own rip of the isolated score) and as far as i can see, it's genuine stereo. And it's besides that also true lossless ;)

EDIT: perhaps i should say that by "seeing" it's genuine stereo, i've checked it in audition and the two channels are not identical. Also, you can hear it when you listen to it.

If I can make a recommendation: Go for Calidoran's version (http://forums.ffshrine.org/f92/isolated-scores-113650/34.html#post2406058)!
Although there are unused high frequencies (they are 48 khz files), it's basically as good sounding as William's original share but in lossless quality!

I have no idea where this came from, but I didn't get it from the DVD! I tried to extract the rear channels many years ago, and I got alot of echos of talking, and SFX mixed with the music. This may have come from an industry source, I really cannot remember (Hey, I'm OLD, okay? Hehehheheehe)

Whatever the source, HOLD ONTO this copy, whatever you do, and spread it around and share it as much as possible!

Can anyone re-up in another service? Original links are dead and the third link will not work with any of my browsers.

You should remove the original link. It's extremely frustrating to go to several places, be re-directed to advertisements, download unwanted software, deal with money grabbing schemes just to be told in teeny-tiny print that the link is no longer there.

As this is the only thread specialized on the subject, I'll hijack it. :)

I finally came around to integrate Calidoran's rip (http://forums.ffshrine.org/f92/isolated-scores-113650/34.html#post2406058) into my collection by converting it to 44.1 kHz files (unused frequencies in the original 48 kHz files) and comparing it to my old and often-played DVD for the purpose of giving the tracks proper names. Some of them I took from the album but of course the majority had to be made-up. The following is my result and maybe is of use to you. But maybe you also have some suggestions! :)

01 3:23 1M1 Main Title (Theme From “Young Frankenstein”)
02 0:12 1M2 The Will

10 0:31 3M3 Grandfather's Private Library

12 1:42 3M5 Graveyard
13 0:33 3M6 Downhill
