(Mr Butler lost his music in a basement flood some years ago so we wont ptobably see anything released soon)
VBR 120MB 26 tracks (including the whole story with narrating (English) and music as a BONUS track taken from an old LP)
Take this for what it is as long as there won�t surface something better

Me too id'like to get the link. Whats difficult to understand is why Disney didn't produce this soundtrack on CD as they dis for almost all of their long animated pictures except 4 or 5...

It's really sad to hear that the complete original score by Artie Butler is propably lost......but perhaps somewhere this score has survived and waits only to be discovered for release...... Nevermind....Thousand thanks for this gem :)

Is it really sure that it is lost ? It's maybe somewhere in the Disney archives.
But some of the musics of the scores have been used. Indeed in the DVDs, in the menus, you can hear 30sec of some scores of The Rescuers...
