What do you think of some of the more recent Hulk runs?

Paul Jenkins is the only recent author who's done stuff I really liked with the character. I haven't read any run but David's extensively. Nothing can compare, for me. I think it's partly because his Hulk issues were some of the earliest comics I ever got into, and partly because I think the Hulk can be a challenging character to make interesting. I can get why people like stuff like World War Hulk and Rulk, totally, but it's not my thing.

I frequently Byrne steal Hulk issues when I'm in my LCS, just because the Hulk is one of the only characters I loved as a kid that I'm not really into today. Definitely want to feel more excited about the character and his stories than I do. :( Maybe someday.

If you're ever up for comic recommendations I'd be happy to hook you up with some cbrs and a comic book reader. I read a lot of awesome stuff. I'm really into comic artists who do interesting stuff with panel layout especially. JH Williams III and Frank Quitely are probably my favorites. Also a huge fan of Frasier Irving, Cameron Stewart, Alex Ross, and Olivier Coipel, just to name a few. Sean Murphy is someone I haven't seen a lot of, but I'm really excited about.

Comic writing's always going to be hit or miss, and is all over the place stylistically, but I think it's such a great storytelling medium and there's something out there that just about anyone can enjoy.

I think it's more of a way to piss people off who bought the game early and then had to pay extra for the dlc. Had I known Uncharted 2 was going to do that, I would definitely would have waited a few more months to buy that game when I did. I didn't get into the Uncharted series until almost a year after the 2nd game was released.

Oh, I wouldn't go so far as to call him lazy.

Head showrunner on 3 shows, while doing prominent voices as well.

Another show coming up this fall and he's directing a live-action film he wrote at the moment.

okay, so let's say he's not lazy. well, he shouldn't have spread himself so thin. family guy was the shit. after american dad took off, family guy started going downhill. after cleveland show debuted, that's when family guy turned to, in my opinion, total shit. he should hire more writers and producers and just focus on doing voices and writing the occasional joke. did you see last week's episode? they played the entire 'dancing in the street' video. 30 seconds of it would've been more than enough. it's lazy filler material, like the overused conway twitty schtick.

that's funny. me, i hated it when it first came out. then some kids i used to play in a band with always watched it after band practice, so it grew on me and i LOVED it. i used to get excited about new episodes. now i hate it again.

yeah i did not see glee lasting this long. fox is so erratic with their schedule and they love to cancel shows. i hate it when a show's season ends on a cliff hanger, then fox cancels it. like the sarah conner chronicles.

Fox has a bad habit of cancelling shows too early.

And letting shows run for far too long.

It's like they say "we're not letting you go until you can't possibly go any further....and even then we're keeping you a little bit longer".

I was happy FRINGE performed quite well on Friday nights. That means they might actually get to complete their 5 year plan.

Other than that, I can't think off hand anything I watch on network TV.

I usually stick to AMC, HBO, the Food network or SPACE (canada's Sci-fi station).

Even then it can be trying at times.
