What a ridiculously fine score... Rosenthal in full shameless symphonic mode, as he usually is, but there's something particularly special about this.

Pity about the sound quality though - Intrada can do better. The equalisation is terrible.

Still... this is one of those scores that I wouldn't care if it had been recorded on an Edison cylinder. Poor sound is forgivable when the music is this good.
