When I uploaded this file I put a recovery record too: you need to repair it (whole rar file) in WinRAR before extraction... You missed the orange letters at the end of first post?
I know that WinRAR is not free, but you can download trial version, and of course you can even get full version (without paying for it if you know where to search...)
