Kickassia isn't bad, but not as great as it could have been. LordKat was way underused. Part 5 is epic. I have a gif of the Dr. Insano Morph. Gimme a sec, I'll stick it in here.

TM, I will take input from you as to the title, but I like the ostentatious one I have given it, in case you agree.

Yahtzee is definitely a reviewer who should not be taken out of the competition. His reviews are all incredible, he has nothing to fear when saying bad things about games (and most of the time that's what he does). Beware he speaks fast so you probably won't have enough time to laugh before he gets to the next hilarious moment. His reviews in my experience are more funny if you've actually played the games he's reviewing. And unlike AVGN and Spoony he reviews modern games. What's his videos like?

He's in the process of playing through every Famicom/NES game in chronological order. The videos bundle 15 game reviews at a time and showcase his encyclopedic knowledge of the entire history of video games, particularly dealing with development companies. It's a pretty far cry from Yahtzee, Spoony, or AVGN in that he's not going for humor, although it's always entertaining. If you're interested in how companies started, how video games have evolved, how the main genres developed, how certain figures rose to prominence (or fell into bankruptcy)--this is a good resource for information. Two hidden gems I've found via that series are Getsufuu Maden and Bio Senshi Dan, which are worth checking out.

EDIT: He has also started ChronSEGA and ChronTurbo to cover those respective consoles.

I didn't really like this one. He's being really vague, complaining about minor things and the way he keeps renaming the game is very similar to what he did in his Dead to Rights: Retribution (http://www.escapistmagazine.com/videos/view/zero-punctuation/1717-Dead-to-Rights-Retribution) review. Repetition! I liked what he did in the beginning though, saying about how Rockstar is always trying to please him with various vehicles :)

AND he didn't compare it to Call of Juarez: Bound of Blood, like he said he would! His Prototype vs inFAMOUS was epic. I was hoping for something similar.

I do want to play Prototype because it's similar to inFamous and Joe said it was good.

Prototype is cool. Although I'd say rent it first, because it can be love it or hate it. I thought it was alright, though.

I get the feeling that Spoony won't be uploading part 2 of his FFX review. He did mention he wanted to upload it before E3 but that's like in 2 days so there's not much time left for him. Hopefully we'll see some updates soon. Part 1 was better than any FFVIII review part.

He got the graphics he asked for, and as far as I know he got the filming done a couple nights ago. So, it seems like he'll make it, if he's just editing now, at any rate.

Actually, continuing the discussion on Page 1, I like LordKat's stuff quite a lot, I've recently discovered him. He does playthroughs of extremely hard games like Silver Surfer, etc.
Tho he ain't got anything on mah Spoony.

FFX review is up, just watched it, just amazing.

Besides a few silly mistakes he made, like calling Luca Bevelle and saying you can get strength spheres from monster encounters, it was fantastic.

Been working through Brad's entire catalogue lately. Finished everything except for the Snob himself. Halfway through that.

That's one of my least favorite snob episodes. I know what he was doing, and why he's pleased with it, but it just didn't do it for me.

Ax 'Em is probably my favorite of the ones I've seen so far, along with the Chester Novell Turner ones (Black Devil Doll from Hell and Tales from the Quadead Zone).

Kung Tai Ted and Big Box are great, but my favorite of his is probably the Bruno Mattei Show. I kinda want to watch those and go drinking with them so I could be in an episode.

There were ups and downs to that AVGN episode... I loved the glitches and that it was more James than the AVGN character. Down was I was hoping to see a lot more glitch stuff than Glitch Goblin and at the same time wasn't really an AVGN episode.
