Is this something you might be interested in doing? There's an official soundtrack release out, but it's only a "sampler," and is primarily focused on the music from the first half of the game.

I've never done a PSP rip before so I'd have to look into the ripping methods used and talk to some other people who've done a rip on it and then I'll see what I can do.

They can't be played with VGMStream sadly. I used fsbii on the .snd files and then I ran the extracted .fsb files through towav.
