Uhm, just winLAME maybe? It already supports OGG. That's the one I prefer. But note that you'll diminish the sound quality when transcoding. Why would anyone want to use mp3 anyway?

Oh, I just want to listen to them on the go =P My ipod doesn't seem to accept .ogg format =/

I have the soundtrack of Xbox version (28 tracks) if you mean the first "Dead to rights". But it was the worst out of all of them IMHO in spite of having been composed by a well known composer. Retribution music easily beats all three previous soundtracks together

It doesn't support MP3 either... That's why you'll need to re-convert them. Doesn't iTunes have a convert feature that supports OGG?

My ipod supports mp3 O.o. Yeah it did but that feature vanished when I accidently deleted it and I tried to get it back, reinstalling and other but its gone. =/

So do you need this rip at least partially? While there`s no track with name "hiphop2" I suspect a particular track being the one you want. I can let you check it out
