Ok, you might have noticed that you are unable to post your signatures/banners recently, I have also noticed that some of you might be able to see your own signatures, and may have noticed that some of our members signatures aren't displayed. This may well be happening to you as well, where they can't see your sig and they can see their own.
The best way I have found out how to display is host your signatures on Photobucket or Imageshack whatever you prefer. Instead of using the [ img] tags (no space) use the HTML code instead, You'll know which one it starts with < a href > and so on.
an example being mine:
< a
href="http://s282.photobucket. com/albums/kk252/Perfet/?action=view¤t=newsIG.png" target="_blank" >< img src="

" border="0"
alt="Photobucket" >< /a >
Everything that was crossed out should be deleted from the code.
in the end it should look like this:
< a >< img src="

" border="0" >< /a >
There shouldn't be any spaces in between the codes.
Beginning should be < a >< img......
But yes, this works.

Do you really need the anchor tag? An < IMG> tag should do alright by itself. It just needs to be < IMG SRC="

"> . Nothing else is needed, I just tested it and it works fine.

A couple of other useful tips for anyone interested:
(all tags have spaces after the less than sign that should be removed in order to work)
< DIV ALIGN="x"> < /DIV> tags around your picture will make it align either to the left (default), center, or right, depending on what you replace x with. Example:
< DIV ALIGN="CENTER">< IMG SRC="

">< /DIV>
Also, if you really want to, you could make the signature in your image a link to another location using < A> . Example:
< A HREF="
http://www.site.com">< IMG SRC="

">< /A>

How about this error when you use in this case, imageshack?
Fatal error: Using $this when not in object context in /home/forums/public_html/includes/class_upload.php on line 402
And I can't upload it in any other way either.
The option 1 gives me: Upload failed due to failure writing temporary file.
The option 2 gives me: Unable to save image

Just pop your image onto an image hosting site, like imageshack, tinypic, photobucket, etc and link to it in your sig as described above.

I use imageshack. Just don't upload your pic here. When you click for you links in imageshack you should have one that looks similar to this
< img src="

" alt="Image Hosted by ImageShack.us"/ >
It's the second link option under full size. Just copy and paste that into your signature. No need for extra tags.

This is what I get when I upload on imageshack.

First of all. That second option is a "delete" option. Secondly, none of the other options look similar to that example. Or work for that matter.
Notice how this forum can display image links in posts, but for some reason can't do that for me for my signatures.
The pure image URL option gives me this error as stated above.
http://img179.imageshack.us/img179/4631/ev2.gif
Now these two options that we got here...
http://img191.imageshack.us/img191/1104/ev3.gif
They don't fucking work for me anymore like they perfectly used to.
Now I might be doing something wrong over here, but I don't think that is the case this time. So, this is a forum side issue and I'm the only one who gives a fuck.
Dude don't worry, the sig restrictions are just terrible because the admins are incompetent baboons.

What the........... The ImageShack I've always used looks nothing like that... What did you do to get a code page that looks like that?
This is how it's always been on my end.

Yeah, guess what... this doesn't work. I'm kinda sorry for hijacking this thread, just like creating this (
Thread 75600) thread.
What did you do to get a code page that looks like that?
The "issue" you probably have here is that you have an account and you log in. Therefore that different look.
The code, link whatever is not the problem here. This is a forum side issue.
Asking nicely works wonders. . . .
No it doesn't, all it does it make you look like a pussy.
ALSO IT'S BACK BABY, NEG NEVER DELETE THAT IMAGE I USED THE ONE FROM UR PHOTOBUCKET!
The tyrants locked my sig, I tried to add your image cause it was slightly smaller then the one that I used with subs.
