Here, God of War III is very much a chorus heavy score, and it is much better. But it's instrument heavy tracks are not as good as Dante's Inferno's instrument heavy.

I said most, not all. "Dante, Casarma Treloch", "Above Acheron", and "Cerberus" are excellent choral pieces. And I didn't say weak. I said the weakest of the entire soundtrack. There is a difference, my Japanophile friend. :)

However, I just think the strongest tracks from the game are the ones that feature very little or no chorus. "Excessum Alighiero" and "The Second Circle", for instance.

Hmmm GOW3 soundtrack is a let down compared to I and II

I oppose that notion. God of War III has better focus and composition when compared to God of War II, and absolutely when compared to the first entry in the series, which is the weakest musically.

Doublehex- If I give it to you, what do I get out of it? LOL. I got no cigarettes and still no PS3. I'll send you a check. :) It's just that I enjoy it. Most people see it as wasting money, but the enjoyment is worth it. It takes the edge off my nerves.

So, after listening to it in its entirety, I kinda agree (but not completely) with the guy that said the GOW III score is a bit of a let-down. It's good, but I think it's a bit mellow compared to GOW II or GOW. I love the "big chorus epic fight" kind of tracks, and GOW III is seriously lacking in that department. It's funny too considering how GOW III is where all the shit is supposed to hit the fan.

I will say that I can't get enough of track 22- Rage of Sparta. Fantastic! It's been on repeat for half an hour. LOL. That's the kind of tracks I like from the series.

Noteworthy... a while ago somebody around here posted a rip of the GOW III demo. It had some good tracks on it and they're NOT on the soundtrack, so that makes that demo rip a keeper. I'm not sure if they didn't make it into the final game or not, but they're not on there...

Not enough epic battle music? Come on Cure! If anything, this soundtrack has too many epic battle music, and not enough build up music.

I dunno man, the only tracks like that are tracks 3, 15, 22 and parts of 1. Everything else is great, but just meh... in my opinion.

I pretty sure its a mediafire issue, becuase ive had the same issue with wipeout games i uploaded. they tested fine on winrar and then 2 users complained of coruptness. i re-tested all i uploaded (the original uploaded files) and they were flawless. its definitly a mediafire issue.

Still mediafire is way way better solution for free users, and with adding a recovery record chances of unrecoverable files are very slim.

The battle for Olympus is also damaged. There seems to be a gap at 0:22-0:24.
