I chose Halo 3 ODST.

Modern Warfare 2 for me!

Definitely not Modern Warfare 2.
Halo 3: ODST had some nice ones, I specifically liked "The Rookie", "More Than His Share" and "The Light At The End"...

Never really played or got into Assassin's Creed so I can't really comment on that.
Uncharted 2 was a amazing game, the soundtrack really does feel like an epic movie's. "Nate's Theme" is my favourite.

I'd have to put my vote towards Halo 3: ODST though.
