I think enough people here have have purchased this masterpiece of a game that I thought I'd start a thread. I'd like to start it off by sharing this video that had me dieing. lol.

Besides that, I've finished the game at 2am this morning. I'm already going at it again it's so damn great.

Very funny, it is a really good game, I won it yesterday and Im LVL 12 in the multiplayer.

I started Drake's Fortune, tonight, Marv. The platforming is fast-paced and cinematic. I was only frustrated once because of it. That aspect is pretty great.

The gunplay is abysmal, man :sad: It just halts your progression for so long and if you try to run on, you get slaughtered. Takes way too fuggen long to clear everyone, and way too many bullets. I'm 10 feet from someone and it takes like 5 shotgun shells to down them. That's retarded.

Guess I'm not patient enough for cover-play~

I want to run up to these people and blast their skulls apart, not take a freaking eye exam every couple of minutes. And who the hell are they, anyway? Just fruitcakes guarding a jungle? That guy who shot Sully must have A LOT of friends.

You want to try and get headshots. Also, all of those problems you just listed were all addressed in Uncharted 2. Hope that helps, mang!

If the story doesn't improve a thousand-fold, I won't be playing the sequel.

Headshots are hard to come by when enemies are so damn far away and I've got a super small reticle.

GRRRRRRRRR That fuggen water room in the fortress. I played that FOREVER AND A DAY. I almost pulled a TM. That controller was front yard bound. I very nearly gave up on the game.

Now, I'm in the room right after it, and it seems like jumping in the water results in a non-negotiable Restart from Checkpoint.

This game is treading on very thin ice, my friend.


I fucking hate those shootouts. I hate them in the movies, I hate playing them even more. I've got like 6 guys on me and if I move to get new cover, more spawn and they are just EVERYWHERE and I can't get cover and so I just get shot to pieces. I HAVE IT ON EASY SOMETHING IS FUCKING WRONG

Well, 6 gunfights later I'm on a jetski surrounded by men and EXPLOSIVE BARRELS. Took me about 20 tries to realize I could shoot the barrels.

Still can't get too far. I made it to a jump once, but got shot as soon as he said to hold on.

I played the first game on easy, since it was my first non-PC game I ever played. However, they did a great job on the gamepad controls and I started to play Uncharted 2 on Hard. Piece of cake. But I suck big time on the showdown part, even on the very easy mode. Everytime, I fall to my death whiile looking back and shooting Lazarevic.

Neg's updates as he progresses through Uncharted is loltastic.

I did finish the jetski part. Had to stop and shoot every fucker that showed up on balconies. I reiterate, I do not want to take an eye exam when I am playing a game. I mean, kudos for being able to render an 1/8 inch tall man on the screen, but that doesn't mean I want to shoot at them without a sniper rifle.

I did finally get one. It had 5 shots. God knows when I'll see another one. God help me. I have to do another jetski part.

Neg, your disappointment in Uncharted disappoints me. I'm disappointed.

I've warmed up to it, for those of you not in the loop. I think I have a habit of wanting all new action protagonists to be Christ Redfield. I also think I'm too much of a Leroy Jenkins for my own good most of the time.
