I can share you the opening and ending. But I am still struggling to find the intrumental. I can see that this has been posted since awhile, any news?

If I'm not mistaked the soundtracks of Mahoujin Guru Guru were once uploaded here but the links are dead. Unfortunately, I haven't managed to dowload them. If I did, I would gladly re-upload them as a fan of this anime.
