Also, one reason why I wouldn't use the sink is because 99% of the time I also have to crap. That, and uric acid residue stinks something horrid; toilets have lids so you don't have to smell it/spray the hell out of it. We weren't allowed to pour uric acid or salts down the sink in chem class; we had to use the organic waste disposal units, so apparently putting pee in the sink's about the same level of 'don't.'

There are cabinets above all my sinks. THERE IS NO WAY THIS COULD BE COMFORTABLE.

of course standing on a counter and squatting works, you dont have to have seen someone do it to think that is how a girl would use a sink. and squatting over a sink would require your legs to be quite far apart and imo not comfortable. or if you did a bathroom sink (i envisioned kitchen) then you would probably miss the bowl or have splash and probably have to move things off the sink.

If you have a UTI it's not considered sterile either.

So really, just the urine of a healthy person that hasn't touched their bacteria covered body is sterile, I suppose. But yeah, when you test on urine it's considered sterile unless you find out they have an infection!

when we did urinalysis the number of microorganisms required to indicate an infection correlated with the collection site ! normal pee is highest, midstream catch is lower, catheter's lowest, etc.

My body has an automatic trigger response to piss in the shower. Even if I'm not in it yet and I put my hand in to test the water temp, I'm pissing on the wall or floor or whatever is around. It's really bad if I test it with my clothes still on. This doesn't happen if I'm doing dishes though. Strange.......
