Well Rockstar never released it in the boxset hence why there's only the gamerip with the DJ on it.

Your best bet would be to track down the each track from it's official vinyl/album

The songs without links are either not released yet, might be exclusive to the game (like Crookers: Bad Man) or just aren't findable on yt/imeem. Just trying to help out a little in thanks for these uploads and at least until someone rips them or a full soundtrack comes out. I can offer downloads to the songs too, if anyone wants them just wanted to post full previews first.
