From looking at the tags I guess this is the official AMAZON.COM release version?

By the way the image embedded in the tags is 600x600 and can be extracted whereas the image you posted is only 500x500

I used MP3TAG to extract the image.

Do they have to claw at their shirts like that? I mean, is that really necessary? :swoon:

Thanks a lot!

EDIT: Man Giacchino could have done A LOT better on this one. It makes his Star Trek sound like Goldsmith.

The tiny bit I previewed wasn't so bad. Besides, we're talking "Land of the Lost", not "Up". How epic can it really get? 9_9

Is "Pop goes the Sleestak" an after the credits thing or something?

Well meh. Great score anyways. Love the End Credits. Thanks for the upload. :)

Now that I've given the whole album a listen, I have to say that this is a very fun score. I like how he uses banjos as a sort of callback to the original TV series. Much better than "Star Trek", which, aside from the phenomenal last two tracks, ended up being a disappointment for me. Between this and "Up", 2009 is Giacchino's year.

I agree. I'm listening to it for the 3rd time now (just started it actually) and overall I like it. I hated his STAR TREK score but truth be told I only listened to it once. I should probably listen to it at least once more before writing it off.

But this LAND OF THE LOST score I like however I was a young kid when the original show was on and remember it fondly (even if my memory of it is somewhat foggy at times) so I'm not really digging the remake vibe. In short I'll wait for the video release to catch the movie.

As for the score ... I'll be on the look out for a lossless CDRip come June 23rd

However bad this score turns out to be, it's still going to be better than the "film" itself.
