I'm not sure how many of you are aware but back in December last year, 18th Decemember to be exact, Free Radical Design the company behind the hit Timesplitters series went into adminstration and had to close it doors. An article with the basics of that is here:

Many people thought when this happened it was the end of Timesplitters. A lot of interest was shown in the company including interest from Codemasters and Monumental Games. Neither of them bought it in the end though. A company called Crytek did, in the process saving Free Radical Design and the last 40 staff they had of the original 185. This happened in February 2009 and Free Radical Design became re-named Crytek UK.

I've been researching but I've still been unable to find if Crytek also bought the Timesplitters Franchise from Free Radical and theres been nothing to indicate they have. General speculation in all the articles I've read and come accross indicate that a completetion and release of Timesplitters 4 is still possible in future. Although there is nothing to say it definatly will be made, its just high speculation, theres also not been any confirmation to say it won't.
I've created this thread as a place for everyone to stay updated. Anyone that has anything I can add to this post or knows anything I've not mentioned, feel free to post. Also anyone whos wishes just to discuss anything they've seen from TS4 such as any concept artwork or trailers you've seen. What I know that exists can be seen here:

Also, feel free to discuss the older games, always nice to meet new Timesplitters fans.
Sorry for any typos, its just gone midnight and I can't be bothered to proof read :P
