Hey guys, I've used the search feature to find the GTA IV soundtrack, unfortunately I've only been able to find the official soundtrack when I'm looking for the jingle that plays when you complete a mission.

Below is a link to a youtube video that has all of the mission complete jingles. Maybe you can download the audio from the video or perhaps the person who posted the video has a link to an mp3.
