The score's already on Galbadia Hotel. If you're wondering why the rip's all ambience besides the main title, it's because the game's music was like that. It is a heavily atmospheric score, since Doom 3 focuses more on survival horror than the previous installments.

Here's a fairly weird request, can someone get me the sound your hear when an enemy appears? Its the sound effect you hear whenever an enemy is teleporting in a level...
