Step 1, go learn HTML, It's not hard.

Step 2, go find image hosting like image shack.

Step 3, host the picture, get the link and put it between the two [IMG] tags and don't forget to make the last tag say

when you post a post, just click the little icon that has the mountain and the sun. paste the link in the box that pops up and voila
