All the links are working, that's right; the problem is actually with the internet service I use which has recently banned access to Megaupload! :( I used to bypass the restricted zones like this through the use of some antil-filter programs, but unfortunately those are not working fine anymore. I'm so glad you had the excellent idea to post a track of it previously in this thread, it was so good that I wanted to listen to the whole score, and now I'm not disappointed, because this OST is an authentic marvel.

PLEASE, Billie, if you have more ost by the same composer (Kei Wakakusa), I beg you to post them in your thread.

Not too sure if this has been said or not, but Kei Wakakusa composed the soundtrack for a game called Elemental Gearbolt. Also fantastic. PM me if you want it as I'd rather not interrupt the continuity of this thread/collection.

Just wanted to say that my entire month has been made by the finding of the Swiss Family Robinson soundtrack. It was one of my favorite shows growing up as a lad and I cannot express how awesome it is to finally get ahold of it..

I really want to get the Ie Naki Ko Remi (the GIRL) OST! Why is it SO hard to find? Can anyone please try to get it somehow? I see someone here said it's possible to order the CD... I can't do that, but if anyone is able to buy the CD and upload it to here, that would be great!

who did the artwork on the covers? it's like in the instruction manual of The Legend of Zelda 1. I saw Zelda's artwork way back in 1986 and was floored. Now the drawings on these take me back to a time when I was a kid. I love it.

Oh my no. ... I decided to see if I could find anyone selling it to maybe add it unto my purchase of Ie Naki Ko Remi OST 1 (which I will try to order soon) so as to pay less shipping (wanted to bunch them together). But... not for that price.

They want $30 for the CD itself... but given it's on the main website and not through a used site. It should only run about $47 with overseas shipping and tax. Even still... I don't have that much extra. (BTW: tax in Japan is 5%).

wow, finally! someone who is willing to spend money on that RARE Ie No Naki Ko Remi OSTs! (damn that OSTs, its really hard to find, considering the fact that they are not THAT Old compared to Older WMT Title OSTs out there, say for example, Princess Sera/Sarah perhaps? thats from 1988 and billie already had that in the 1st page, and yet this Ie No Naki Ko Remi OSTS, damn, they are just from 1997 for God's Sake!)

i've been searching Ie No Naki Ko Remi Songs/OST for about a year now locally and here in the internet,

The WMT’s Series Soundtracks, that Produced in Both 70’s,80’s, are not that Easy to Get if Nippon Animation didn’t Produce The “Sekai Meisaku Gekijo Memorial Ongakukan”Collection CDs Between 2004 and 2006 Like (Flanders no Inu,Araiguma Rascal,Perrine Monogatari, Akage no Anne , Heidi, Haha wo Tazunate Sanzenri,Shokojo Sera,Ai Shoujo Pollyanna Monogatari,Romoe n Aoi Sora) Or Reproduce some CDs in 2005 Like (Trapp Ikka Monogatari, Wakakusa Monogatari:Nan to Jo Senshi,Nanatsu no Umi Tico,watashi no Ashinga Ojisan and Daisougen no Chiisana Tenshi Bushibaby), Then We will Certainly have the Same Trouble of Getting the Soundtracks For those Series!!!…. the Series was great indeed, but in got the lowest ratings of all WMT Titles, guess that's the point of not producing a number of Ie Naki Ko Remi OSTs, because it din't make that much of a noise than other WMT Titles out there

Of Course This is not an enough Reason....As I�ve mentioned Before, The Limited Number of Soundtrack�s Production Especially in the 90's Period was obvious whether the Anime�s content is Good or Bad (You Can See that Most of the WMT Series CDS in the 90�s Labeled as Limited in Quantity and Also, the Late 90�s was not the Best Period of Time For Nippon Animation Studio For Many Reasons )....As For the Review, Ie Naki Ko Remi (1996) had a Better Review in 2004 More Than Both Nanatsu no Umi Tico and Meikan Lassie At least in Japan (Which is Quiet Different in Reviews Than Outside of the Country)�.It doesn�t Mean if the Anime is Great or a Masterpiece ,You can Find the Soundtrack Easily and Vice Versa�..Sometimes, There are Certain Policies to understand Beyond the Beautiful World of Animation!!!!!�.

Well, until now we couldn't find this OST either - that didn't mean it doesn't exist XD
But yeah, I guess there's no full version to this song... they should've at least release the regular version on CD

Oh, so no one else ever uploaded it? I have the full versions of the OP/ED but it'd be nice to get the karaoke/piano ones too

I had the same problem. You just have to use Cutkiller (http://webinformatic.fr/logiciels/utilitaire-divers/gestion-de-fichiers/Cutkiller.html) to decompress the file. Donwload CutKiller, open it (don't forget to select Compatiblit� avec HJSplit), and then click on S�lectionner button, and choose Remi, .rar.001, and let Cutkiller runs.....Then decompress the new file Remy, OST Vol1.rar (with WinRar, or what you usally use...)

As far as I know those are the OP & ED Singles, I'm sure they are purchasable somewhere, but I haven't fully gone looking yet as to where.

As for the possibility of a "vol.2" I've already considered it and done some researching into it. So far nothing... but don't get your hopes down yet. As you pointed out people don't normally put "vol.1" if they didn't intend for a "vol.2"... considering the original at least had 2 separate volumes (LPs) plus small vinyls for it's OP & ED singles.... I still am hoping to find at least a shred of evidence to a "vol.2" that will lead me in the right direction.

Yeah, you'd have to time it correctly...

You get an Instrumental or Karaoke version of the song (for obvious reasons unless you want it as a duet).

Find the lyrics, preferably the original Kanji text. Or you can exaggerate sounds with normal text.

If at ALL possible, find a music sheet, at least giving you a small idea where the lyrics would go.

Otherwise you'll be sitting there hours... to days, to weeks... or more trying to time it out yourself.

It's time consuming like most good things.

Though many programs are trying to get better and faster for the user; Vocaloid may not be one of these...

Vocaloid 2 I heard was a step up, better sound for the voices, better ability to synchronize...

But so far there isn't a faster method with their system.

However, no one is stopping you from using other wav based tweek programs... there are lots of them. I used to play with Crystal... something or other myself, but it was still VERY time consuming if you had only a small idea of what you are doing. (The program required writing the notes yourself.. which is why I mentioned a music sheet as not everyone can tell what note is what by ear alone).

Yeah, you'd have to time it correctly...

You get an Instrumental or Karaoke version of the song (for obvious reasons unless you want it as a duet).

Find the lyrics, preferably the original Kanji text. Or you can exaggerate sounds with normal text.

If at ALL possible, find a music sheet, at least giving you a small idea where the lyrics would go.

Otherwise you'll be sitting there hours... to days, to weeks... or more trying to time it out yourself.

It's time consuming like most good things.

Though many programs are trying to get better and faster for the user; Vocaloid may not be one of these...

Vocaloid 2 I heard was a step up, better sound for the voices, better ability to synchronize...

But so far there isn't a faster method with their system.

However, no one is stopping you from using other wav based tweek programs... there are lots of them. I used to play with Crystal... something or other myself, but it was still VERY time consuming if you had only a small idea of what you are doing. (The program required writing the notes yourself.. which is why I mentioned a music sheet as not everyone can tell what note is what by ear alone).

well, i have Vocaloid 2 (that's why my only singer is Miku Hatsune)

yeah, that's also the reason why this is really hard for me, i can't work on any song w/o using an available VSQ, in addition that im not really a musician
