If an FF film was being made based on any of the Final Fantasy games, which character would you audition for and why?

I'd audition for Squall from FF8 as we're alike in many ways (especially now that I've found my Rinoa...)

I'm not THAT much like any FF character, but if I was going to audition for a part as one of the characters, I'd either go for Barrett or Amarant.

I would play either Seifer, or Zidane those are the 2 that I could play

I'd play Celes. XD I found her an interesting character. Besides, I'd getta be with Locke AND I'm be the star of an Opera.. for a day =P She was one of my strongest characters, always had her with me. XD

Otherwise, I'd be.. uhm.. Relm? O_o

Could be Sephiroth. I mean, I have quite many similarities to him, such as the dark personality, the long hair, wear black and nothing but, a few other things....so I don't know. But if I did get the part, I'd have to have a double do the *Spoilers to those who havn't beat FF7, scroll to the next thing with stars on each end*

Otherwise, of course, I'd try for anyone I could adapt to....the characters that are depressed, have dark pasts, or dark personalities...like Vincent, or Squall...::Shrugs::

I guess it would be interesting to go for Cloud though, however, I doubt I'd get the part XD

I'd make a perfect Zell Dincht for a FF8 movie. I have the hair, the boots/sneakers, and even the shirt! All I would need to do is get a tattoo and I'd be all set.

If that part was taken, then I would probably go for..........Cloud. Yeah, Cloud is so cool, he must have slept in the freezer overnight. I just wouldn't want to wear one of those unlawfully distasteful light purple spandex uniforms..... :uh?: :rolleyes: :p

i could do a terra or a celes, but i would have to work on my opera voice; i havent done that n years, so i wouldnt get it more than likely (i used 2 want 2 b an opera singer). i would enjoy doing a tifa...but i would need a little padding for those double d's (isn't that her size? the same as lara crofts...). elena would b kewl, and garnet, and relm. i would probably audition no matter what character was needed actually. i guess i would wish for either terra or celes the most though. if i were a guy, that wuld b cooler, cuz the best characters are guys. :(

I couldn't play anyone in a movie because I don't look like any FF character. Well, maybe Cindy Magus... :uh?:

I'd play Cloud he's one of the most complex chars there is and he has the coolest move: Onmislash.
Or I'd play Sephiroth cuz he's evil.

I would audition for vivi. He's cool and compact and short. All like me^_^

First,i would like to play Zell.I don't look like him in anyway but i found him preety cool(he's my favorite character in FF8).
If i couldn't play Zell i would like to play Steiner(i'm not sure why :D).
My favorite character is Cloud but i wouldn't play him....(and i wouldn't like to see him in a movie)

Probably Vincent, maybe my personality isn't like his but I could act it.

Hmmm... I had to actually think about this one...

I think I would be a decent Kain personallity wise, because I'm very loyal, but very easy to manipulate as well. I also tend to act the same way he does throughout the game, including at the end where he leaves the group to be alone.

I don't know...I could probably play all the main girl chara's from FFVIII-FFX (Tifa for FFVII) since I am an asian girl with long black hair (I could always cut and tint it if I got the part for Rinoa or Yuna :D ). Personality-wise, Yuna would be the best choice. But physically, I would be Dagger (since I'm a short person ;-; ).

If I were a good deal older I would like a shot at Cyan, I think he is one of the most interesting FF characters ever. However since I'm no were near the age for that role I'd say Delita, I believe I could play both of those characters rather well.

Squall, Edgar, Cloud, Auron, Ramza, or Delita.

Gawd, I dunno...

Aeris, Selphie, Yuffie, or Rikku.

I'm kinda short so I guess i'd make a brilliant Selphie. I wouldn't even have to act! I'd need my hair cutting and styling, but thats nothing to worry about.

Aeris has always been one of my faves and I think I have the death scene off to a T (kneel down with eyes closed, get stabbed, die) :D

For Rikku I'd have to die my hair blonde and find some swirly contacts, but I can do the voice great. "Hey guys, I have a pinapple with a grenade in it, wanna play Hot Potato?" :p

And for Yuffie I'd need a MAJOR haircut. Oh and don't forget the surgery to give me oriental eyes lol, that'd cost a BOMB

King Giott from FF IV, or maybe a Chocobo, or possibly one of the innocent people that get slaughtered in most FF games :)

Except lucky for you Firestars I'm not just a moderator but a White Mage as well, so slaughtering newbies isn't part of my Job description. ;)

However, Szczepan is right - this thread is ancient and as such, really should have been left to rot in it's digital grave. Accordingly, in future Firestars, if the last post in a thread was made more than a month before and the thread is not on the first page, don't post in it! Create a whole new thread on the same topic instead.

If I weren't a girl I would so love to audition for Squall *.* But I'm a girl soo.. Look-wise I'd probably end up as Aerith.
Meh just give me a wig and I'll kick ass as Lightning! Her personality fits mine better.

Any NPC that walks in place. They're getting such a workout, and that's all they care about. You can tell by how much you're distracting them by repeatedly talking to them. They only say one thing for a reason. If you would just leave them alone, they would eventually have enough stamina and endurance to take out the ultimate evil themselves.

It must be equally frustrating to find out that you've taken out the bad guy, too, since whenever you walked by, you were always talking about racing giant birds, dodging lightning bolts, or doing something else equally pointless.

Bottom line, NPC for me.

I just realized I didn't include my choice in my earlier post (as this was still on the first page don't worry about possible thread necromancy), so I'm going to change that. Well, considering I've cosplayed as her in the past, I'd probably say Aeris from FFVII, as it's a good fit. :D White Mage from FFI or my own character in FFXI would be also choices too. ;)

I don't fit any role personally.

First:I'm way not afeminate, so i don't fit most characters.Maybe ward? cept he is fatter than i, and maybe taller.


I can't think of any character with short brown hair who isn't skinny afeminate, and have hazel eyes.Personality wise, i maybe fit bartz or zack

Man: Kefka Palazzo from FFVI because he is smart (Life, dreams and hope), powerful and he has a complex mind. I wouldn't act as The Joker or a clown (sorry, Dissidia). Dancing Mad is awesome.

Woman: Aerith Gainsborough is my favorite character but, you know... (I'm not writing any spoilers), so Celes Chere from FFVI is the best option for me because she is so sweet (Locke's doubts and Cid's events). Celes (theme) is beautiful.
