Yeah, you'll have to pay first and then it becomes free...
Well at least that's is what I hear. I may be wrong.

1. Upload a file
2. Create Collector's Account
3. Set up Account
3. Login
4. Done.

Now for every file you want to upload you just only need to login, and then you can see all your uploaded files in queue.
In this way the files will be active without the 10 downloads limit.
