And I'm sorry, but I can't seem to edit the tags and I would really like to... The files aren't read-only or anything as far as I can tell, so I guess I'm asking how to fix this...

If you're trying to edit the tags while playing the tracks it won't work, I'm able to edit them fine. Shut down whatever it is you're using to listen to them and edit them then.

There is nothing playing the files.
They are not being used in any way whatsoever.
When I try to edit the tags, I get this cool "a disc error occurred during a write operation" message.
From what Google is kinda half telling me, there is some kind of permissions bullshit relating to CDs that I have no idea how to fix.
This is the third album on my computer to do this, so it would be amazing to find out how to fix the problem.

I have no idea how to fix that so. As i said before, i was able to edit the tags and even did so before i uploaded it and checked again after you said you had problems with it.

I was able to edit the tags in Winamp, which I have never used for ID tag editing before.
For some reason using right-click/properties/summary was giving me a write operation error. (still is in fact, but it doesn't matter anymore)

Anyway, now that that is out of the way, I can properly thank you for the music.
