I've been trying to find this song forever. Its on this video,

It plays on 0:51. Does anyone know where I can get that from?

I also heard that song when I was playing the SSF2THD remix on classic music while I was at the arcade selection screen.

At 0:51, that would be the original Street Fighter II theme in CPS II format. In Super Street Fighter II Turbo, it's used as the player select music (and it should be noted that it is NEVER used in Super, only Super Turbo).
