Is there any way to find the tracks if I download the game rip for Xbox360?

If you're lucky you can get the tracks from the rip. Most likely you can't. 360 uses XMA, which can't be decoded yet. Your best bet is to do a line-in rip.

It uses FSB4 I think . I use hex a bit and found FSB4 . So its ripable , but it's archived , and I have problems extracting archives .
