The name of the song is "Dream & Revolution" by Yumi Touma or Toma I can't seem to narrow down the spelling.. It was on the Gowcaizer OVA Sound Track. Please its be nearly 11 years since I heard this song and its one of my favorite ones. Can someone please help me?
