Some New Things

I’m playing Final Fantasy VII for what seems like my twelfth time. Anyway, I saw a video posted on Youtube of someone getting Vincent with Cid. I looked around for a while to see if there was any dialogue of Vincent when Tifa is the head of the party, but I was unable to find any. So I figured that this time through I would get Vincent when Tifa leads the party (Right after you escape from Junon at the start of Disc 2). Anyway I’ve decided to explore a lot of the world to see if there are any things unique or not to Tifa being the head of the party.

I completed the Yuffie ordeal in Wutai and there is nothing Unique to Tifa being the head of your party.

In Junon I found a few new things. When you visit the girl Priscilla (Mr. Dolphin’s friend) she comes to the door and says, "Who are you—?" and then she says "You should knock first". I talked to a man outside who says Priscilla said something about "Life — Something". So I talked to Priscilla again.

Priscilla says, "Lifestream?" / "Yeah, I know! It’s Mr. Dolphin’s playground." / "There’s a Three-taloned island south of the continent. I heard the Lifestream runs below that island." / "But why are you asking about the Lifestream?"

Tifa replies, "Cloud fell into the Lifestream at the North Cave, and has been missing ever since."

Priscilla: "Huh, Cloud!?" / "Hurry up and help him!! He’s very important to me."

When you buy the Villa in Costa Del Sol it’s still ‘Villa Cloud’, only you can’t sleep in it.

Some inconsistencies in Junon

One of the Junon Soldiers at the airport says, "I sure was frightened when Weapon attacked. It gives me the chills knowing there’s still two of them left."

Whereas an older woman in Junon Harbor says this, "I almost passed out when I saw Weapon. It seems Weapon was beaten, but a Shinra soldier told me there are 4 more."

(Ruby, Diamond, Emerald, and Ultima).

You can’t enter Beginner’s Hall with Tifa. The Shinra Soldier says, "Hmmm? You have no right to enter!"

As I continue to play at this venue of this game I will post more.

I don’t know if many people will really care about this thread.
I’m also wondering why you would reply ffvii at least once a year.

However, props to you for going through all that trouble.
