... I dare ask a stupid question, but it's been on my mind.
How do you find yourselves pronouncing these names...?
Delita
Ramzaa
Zeklaus
Just a few names that popped up that really annoyed me because no matter how many times I've pronounced it in my mind, it sounds dorky.
For example... for Delita's name is it... "delete-ah" or "delight-ah" or etc?

I KNOW! I ALWAYS pronounce it "Delete-ah" agggh its annoying and "Rom-za" and "Raemza" and Rahmza" and ugggh
eh, I'm not going to close it, but can you rename the topic? If not,
tell me what you want to call it, and I'll rename it.
anyways, I usually use the japanese phonetics, so
rah mu za
de lee ta(is what I should say, but I always read it as "de lai ta")
ze ku lah su
like that.
its a bit annoying. America tells me to pronounce "masamune" like this:
ma sa myun
but its actually
ma-sa-mu-neh-
I've been reading that word wrong for too long. Have no chance of getting it right.

Pronouncing things Japanese is misguided in this case, because half of these names sound like they could come from Europe... and it IS set in a setting resembling the Dark ages. Ah well... Ramza I prounounce "Ram-sa", Delita as "Del-a-tuh", spoken quickly, and Zeklaus as "Zeh-KLOWS" where LOWS rhymes with "cows". Ah well, that's just me.
