I'd love to hear the english versions as well, as I think to this day that they were well done, and fit the dub well!

As I've understood it, however, the studio never did record *complete* english songs for Bubblegum Crisis, they *only* recorded enough in english to fill in the part of the show where the song played, then they just faded it out & never made full english songs:)

It is quite possible that they never made full English songs... but they are decently long anyways.

"Rock Me" sung by Annabelle Cliftton is a cool 4:37
and "Mad Machine" sung by then same is 3:21

of course background sounds... and don't sound that great... I found them somewhere... and I don't know how to rip songs from animes myself (as via microphone doesn't sound that great)... (and surely there must be another way for all the good sounding english songs from other animes that never made it to CD).

I bought the DVDs when they first came out on DVD and were delivered in Jewel Cases....and later the website offered the cases free just pay shipping. The anime is so much better in Japanese. The songs lose a lot of the background instrumentation that added a lot of flavor to them. Mad Machine was one of my favorites and right away I noticed the missing part when she says "Mad Machine" with the trailing vocals.

Do you have the Bubblegum Crash OSTs also? I'd really like to listen to those!

anyway...i found this Bubblegum crisis complete vocal collection contains 3 CDs with some tracks recorded live.

The complte vocal collection was released in 1998 , to go along with the new Bubblegum crisis Tokyo 2040.
but there is no live tracks. that is false.
And you dont want that collection if you have downloaded all these soundtracks. all of the vocals are there.

Well not to intrude, but i did find the full version of the mad machine english music video on a vid and i ripped the song from it, you guys can have it, just know that it is as close to the video's sound as possible, thus any glitches are from the vid, though i didn't notice any.

When I first got introduced to Anime Bubblegum Crisis was one of the first ones I ever watched and it was dubbed. So I fell in love with the English versions of the songs, but I never could find them ; ; So now I just listen to the Original Japanese ones & when I want to listen to the English ones I put on the Dubbed anime lol :P

That Annabelle Clifton english version of "Mad Machine" is from the 1991 "Bubblegum Crash" soundtrack. Found it on a blog a little while ago, though the DL link was dead. Looks like they just took the best songs from the series and converted them to English. Sure wish they were all from the 80s. I'd love to add them to my massive MP3 song archive. Like Orie, though, I do prefer the original Japanese versions of the songs. The series and songs are a favorite of mine. Used to have a close friend in high school that avidly drew anime artwork, mostly based on the BG series.
