one more thing,it's a pity that the Dragon Ball Z - Super Butouden 1 Arranged OST,one wonderful BGM is missing(is not recorded),that's for the Vegeta and Trunks training at the Time and Spirit house(not sure if the translation is correct in English,but in China,we name that house in that way).
This BGM is very soudful,but it's pity,there's no arranged version for it with this albulm.

These are the official arranged soundtracks. So, if what you are looking for isn't here, then chances are it either hasn't been released, is on another album or can be found only in the game itself (in which the rip shouldn't be too hard to find. I'm not sure of the score you are referring to, but I agree with you. It is a shame that every single score from the game didn't recieve a proper arrangement. I think the SB3 OST is the only one out of the three that has every score from the game in it. I'm not positive, though.

There was this one track; I believe it was Vegeta's theme. It was ALL piano. is it on the Super Butouden 1 OST? Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

The only all-piano track that I know of is Gohan's theme, which is on SB2's soundtrack.
