This has been requested several times here, and I'm surprised no-ones actually attempted to even get a track or two.
Anyway, the music is from the Panel De Pon portion of Nintendo Puzzle Collection, for Nintendo Gamecube. It was only released in Japan.
The soundtrack is comprised of the original games songs and new songs for the new characters.
A Track listing follows, It contains nearly every song and it's title(Tracks in bold were not in the SNES/Super Famicom one, Italicized ones are ones I am personally after.):

Is it just me, or did it seem like everyone avoided this topic on sight...
I mean, it's just been a day, but ten topics got made, and everyone of them(almost) after this one either have at least one reply or more views than 8.
It couldn't possibly be that hard, could it?

The same thing happened to me when I made a topic requesting the same thing a few months ago... -_-
I guess a lot of people don't care about this game's great soundtrack, unfortunately. =/

Either that, or they just think that "Oh my god, Nintendo Puzzle Collection?! Yeah, those games are all outdated and ripped already kthxbai". I clearly proved that in the above post that there were several tracks not in the original SNES/SFC game. Also, even the ones that were are altered slightly, and surely have better sound quality than the ones the SNES had to offer.
I thought Sarah said she'd/he'd look itno it, but what the hell happened there?

I'd like to request this too. Although Panel de Pon 2's music seems to be the most wanted, I personally am also hoping to obtain this version's Yoshi's Cookie music, and the great Grand Staff Roll music that plays when you beat all three games. But really, nearly anything at all from this game would be highly appreciated ...

For those who are still looking for this; After a long long quest, I finally found someone to rip for me ... my best friend who randomly acquired the equipment needed to rip. Not all the songs are here, but most seem to be. Only the short jingles and story mode cutscene bgm's remain, but he said he'll do those eventually when there are enough requests. For now I can only offer this:

Hey, I'm in the midst of downloading yours. I have no idea where I found mine, but I remember searching endlessly and in Japanese. I think it has some of the story cutscenes (all?) and it has the cool multi-game ending, too. They don't sound like midis, but I remember finding them through someone who had posted the midis. I guess I'll find out when yours is downloaded.
