Are you referring to the first battle with Cackletta at Woohoo Hooniversity? Could you be more specific?
EDIT: Hold on, I think I've found what you're looking for. It's not in a MIDI file, though. I'll look around a bit more.
EDIT2: Nope, nada. It's pretty simple though-- if you have a MIDI making program and decent transcribing abilities, it should be a piece of cake. The rhythm is somewhat complex, however. If you feel like proceeding with this little project, I could donate some time and transcribe a bit onto paper. (which I would scan)

first I mean the Theme Music of Cackletta, not the battle music.
but in the battle music is a little part of the theme music. ( I think..)
I have a GSF file from the GBA ROM. Exist a program which
convert is to a midi file???

I rather doubt it. If you feel up to it, I'll get working on this on the weekend! (I have a whole lot of work to do right now, and a LAN tournament on Friday)

Okay, I'm nearly finished: I've got the basic notes and rhythms, and now I'm compiling all my scratch work into a single sheet of graph paper.
Here's what I have so far: the mid-range organ part. Some finer details will go into that section after I finish filling in the other parts.
EDIT: Whoops, it looks like I scanned this before I drew in the rests. Just pretend they exist.

Post x2!
It's done!
The top one is the somewhat error-prone written copy, and the bottom one is a better one written in Finale Notepad 2007. If you have Finale Notepad, ignore the written one, as there are so many errors (as seen below).

Notes: I am 55% sure that the base part is doubled between octaves; that is, disregarding any 8VB marking, the same note exists an octave below what's shown. Even if my gut feeling isn't right, it sounds cool.
There's an error in the third line-group in the Mid Organ section, second measure from the left: that natural should be a flat. In the same area, the quarter-quarter-half measures start off a half-step too high. Sorry.
Dash it all! I found ANOTHER error! Perhaps I should start with Finale Notepad rather than paper. Anyway, this error occurs in the Mid Organ section. When the mid organ first switches to the harmony, the measure afterwards has a E flat that should be natural. It should be somewhat obvious when you hear it. Speaking of switching from melody to harmony, when the Upper Organ part comes in, there's an E flat that should be natural.
Now I'm pretty sure the ending note should be a half note, not a dotted half note, so that there's a single rest between the end and the repeat...

The denizens of the internet work wonders and fabricate horrors every day, chap. Think nothing of it.
In fact, I may arrange this for piano and donate it to my home VG site, so thank you for motivating me! Ah, and assuming you ever finish your arrangement, make sure and post it here so I can hear it.
EDIT: Actually, forgetting I ever said "think nothing of it," if you could make a MIDI out of this and send it to me, I would like to get it on the aforementioned site. Additionally, if you have any resources relating to a good musical notation program... I wish I had something better than Finale Notepad.

What? You can't make midis with Finale Notepad! Also, I downloaded my transcription to test it; it's all there.
