I'm looking for the Just Cause soundtrack.. I did find one instance of it appearing here but the link has died. Would someone care to re-upload it?

Requests for re-uploads are still requests. Unless the uploader specifically said he/she would be willing to re-upload a soundtrack, you should ask for re-uploads in the requests subforum.
