Please... next time post your request into the request board - it's there for a reason. I don't think there was ever an OST, only a rip, and I think GH has it onsite.

Called an expert ? ;)

The only "official" music ever released for Altered Beast..

can be found in the album Galaxy Force -G.S.M. SEGA 1-
Track 2 contains the full arcade music. (more than 10 minutes)
