I don't know about Tracks 8 and 17, but Tracks 13 and 14 are both from the Grandia II soundtrack, composed by Noriyuki Iwadare.

Track 13 is "A Deus" from "first" disc of the soundtrack, Deus
Track 14 is "The Moon of Valmar" from the "second" disc of the soundtrack, Povo

Thanks, I started out with 17 unknown tracks and am down to two.
