Hi,

I would like to share a little project I've been playing with in my free time. Nothing pretentious.

It's a simple web game featuring some tunes from classic 8-bit and 16-bit video games. You listen to the tune and try to guess the game. Both well-known classics and more obscure songs are represented.

It's kinda of beta right now, probably there are bugs. Comments, suggestions and bug reports are very welcome. I hope you have fun:

Thanks!

This game is fantastic! I seriously love it, I have two questions for ya though: Firstly, Is there anyway to see the answers after so I can get the music :D; and second, Is it always the same 50 or does it change? (so far I've only played it once) Regardless, it's tons of fun to play, thanks so much for making it!

Cool game. I'll second the above request for answers. There were several that I knew but couldn't figure out, and it's driving me nuts.

Also, as far as bugs, twice the screen froze on me after I clicked "Play."

Actually, there were barely any FF games on there. And I only got 12 right, which is just a reminder to me how, as a community, video game music fans still don't have a well-defined body of "standards."

Arthur you're totally right on that, when I first joined this sight a posted a topic about what kind of vg music a well rounded listener should listen to and I got some fantastic suggestions from one person... wait wasn't that you? lol. Either way yeah, everyone should make a list together.
