A helpful tip is to use the search function to find what you're looking for... otherwise you can miss all sorts of uploads. When i joined i was about to make all sorts of requests - but with a bit of digging - i didn't need to. With a little perseverance you'll usually find what your after!

But i do agree, a bit of moderation would be good - especially in certain threads; would it be possible to close/lock threads that up-loaders have had to take down the majority of their uploads? Users would still be able to browse any links that still work - but not post endless requests in "dead" threads.
