I've been looking for this ost, but mainly a song from it, it's called Liquid Sky by Criterion Games and I believe it was only on burnout paradise, been looking for days with no luck. It possibly might need to be ripped.

Try searching for it on a torrent web site. That's what I did and I'm in the process of downloading it.
