Okay, so I've just recently learned that a lot of the music in the film Tremors was written by Robert Folk, despite the fact that he's uncredited on screen. Apparently, a lot of the music Ernest Troost wrote was discarded, particularly in the second half of the film (which is why a lot of the tracks on Troost's score sound unfamiliar).

It seems that the music in question has only been released in any extended length on the album Robert Folk: Selected Suites (http://users.pandora.be/soundtrack-fm/Compilations/folk_suites/folk_suites.htm). The double disc set contains a 17 minute suite of his work on Tremors.

Does anyone have this suite (or even the entire album)? I'd really like to get the suite to finish out my Tremors soundtrack.

I've just sent an e-mail to Robert Folk regarding the Selected Suites CD, and this is the reply I got back:

Hi Spike,

That CD is unavailable anywhere. The only way to get it is to find a collector who has it, and see if you can obtain a copy that way.

Best of luck,

RF

I have been looking, but I can't seem to find anyone who has it, so finding it on the internet is probably the only option. Pity no one seems to have it. :(
