Hi, i'm from Belgium and i have a european( PAL ) PS2.Can i play NTSC games on my PS2 without problems?

You cannot play NTSC games at all, the PS2 cannot play any imported games, even with a modchip.

I recall there being a mod for import gaming on PS2 since the
year it came out. o_O www.playthegames.com was talking about it.

But I don't know. Nor do I know anything about PAL-NTSC conversion. I'm trying to figure out how to play PAL super nintendo games.

everyone I know that plays import PS2 does indeed have the actual japanese system.

I think the modchip is for playing copyed PS2 games
