For those of you who have the miniusf Hybrid Heaven soundtrack, then you know that they are incomplete. They are all 3 minutes and 10 seconds long (even if there is no audio on the timeline), there are no track names or numbers, and you need a usf plug-in to play them.
For those of you who want an updated Hybrid Heaven soundtrack, I have been working on converting these files to MP3's and WMA's. I have also personally edited the files for better quality and a decent timeframe for each track. Additionally, since I own the original game, I am going to restart playing it so that I can confirm when each song plays throughout the game, therefore adding a befitting name and track number for each file.
I was really going to do this for myself, but I want to know if anyone else is interested. All of this work may take a while (not to mention that I'm a noob at this), so in the meantime just give me the green light.

Cool, cool. Now just to let you guys know, the usf version really is incomplete. After playing the game again, I realized that some songs from the game are not included in the rip. Some songs even end early and so forth. Now, if I had the ability to rip from 64 games, I would do that myself and not have to rely on the miniusf rip. But since I don't know how to do that, for now, I'll be uploading the incomplete Hybrid Heaven soundtrack. They will be in wma format and if I have the chance I'll also upload them in mp3 format.
Now since I'm a noob, I need your assistance with the uploading part. I have gone to those sites such as Megaupload and Filefactory and it is inconvienient since your uploads are usually deleted for one reason or another. What site would you recommend? Is there a way to upload to Galbadia Hotel? (I would find this to be most convenient, since we're right here).

Rapidshare is starting to crack down on copyrighted MP3s, but yours MIGHT be safe there.
I would also recommend Mediafire. 4shared might be a good place too.

You got it. Nice to see some other Hybrid Heaven fans out there. I've been quite busy lately, and haven't even logged on here in a while. But progress has definitely been made. I have already converted all of the usf files into mp3's and almost done converting them into wma's. Additionally, I just spoke to another user on this site. He is preparing to complete the soundtrack by ripping the tracks that weren't on the usf soundtrack version (yay!). So where there's a will, there's a way. Keep your eyes open for this, and thanks for the interest.

Awesome.
mp3's and almost done converting them into wma's.
Wait, why are you doing that? And why WMA of all formats?

True, if you already have mp3 files save yourself the pain of converting them and just upload what you have :)
but thanks for your hard work, it really is appreciated!!!

Good news... it's done. Been adding the finishing touches all day. I haven't slept since 7PM yesterday and I still have to go to work tonight... ugh... But don't worry.. When I get the chance this weekend, I'll find a place to upload. So keep your eyes peeled on this thread for a download link.
Oh, and to answer some of your questions: the reason why I converted them into mp3's first and then wma's is because I could not edit the original usf files the way they were. I could only directly convert them into mp3's, and then converted them again into wma's for the editing. I happen to be using a Windows PC, hence the big use of wma's (they're just a lot easier to work with). Now that they're finished, I can convert them one last time into Mp3 format in their currently edited states, and then upload. You see? There's a method behind my madness.
Just to remind you all, the rip of Hybrid Heaven was incomplete to begin with. After I edited them, as of now, the following songs are missing from the complete soundtrack and will not be included in my upload:
-One battle song (the one that plays when you fight a giant robot guarding a bridge in Area 4: Weapon Factory
-A few cutscene songs, probably 2 or 3. Also the full credit music was not in the rip. The original credit music goes on 10 to 30 seconds longer than the version included in the upload.
-Lastly... MANY variants of the background music for each level. I only have one basic variant of each level, save for 1 or 2 of them, because there were no variants of those stages included in the rip at all. (This category makes up the largest portion of missing bgm's from the rip).
Hopefully, my new partner and I can rip these missing songs and upload them to complete the soundtrack once and for all. But until then, enjoy the new edited version of the Hybrid Heaven soundtrack. Keep your eyes peeled this weekend.

Before you thank me, I would like to give credit where it is due.
-First of all, let me thank HCS for the original rip.
-Secondly, I'd like to thank Maxwill... for whom without, I would not have the orignal rip.
-A special thanks to Yasuo Daikai for thinking up such a great game, and a very special thanks to Nobuyuki Akena and Yusuke Kato for composing such a great soundtrack.
-And thanks to Galbadia Hotel/FFshrine for being such a great website.
